HIRE AN ATTORNEY WHO LOVES TO RIDE |
|
| |
Scott McPherson is not what some might call a “hobbyist” when it comes to riding. He embraces riding as part of his daily routine, putting more miles on his bike than his car each year.
Given his love for traveling on two wheels, Scott naturally has a keen interest in motorcycle law. “I did not see him” is not an acceptable response from a left turner or anyone else, and Scott fights for justice for those who have been hurt because of such carelessness. Over the last several years alone, Scott has aggressively recovered millions of dollars for those injured in the State of Florida. As a young adult, Scott worked as a professional Firefighter/Paramedic with Pasco County Fire Rescue for 6 years, and this combination of medical and legal experience uniquely qualifes Scott to represent those injured in Florida. |

Scott McPherson is available to provide free consultations, either in his New Port Richey Office, at a client's home, at the hospital, or via telephone. Some law firms send associates or even paralegals out to meet with potential clients. Scott does not do that, and all consultations will be only with him. Too many times in life there are hidden strings attached, and something advertised as “free” is only a gimmick. That is not the case with Scott's Free Consultation offer, and there is no pressure whatsoever to hire Scott at the end of the conference.
If you do decide you would like Scott to handle your case, he will do so on a contingency fee basis, meaning you will not owe a penny to his firm until there is a successful financial recovery in your case. Although Florida law allows lawyers to charge up to a 40% fee in a personal injury action, Scott will never charge more than 33% on motorcycle accident victims, even for those cases that require a full jury trial. |
