Scott McPherson is available to provide free consultations, either in his New Port Richey Office or via telephone. Some law firms send associates or even paralegals out to meet with potential clients. Scott will never do that, and all consultation will be only with him. Too many times in life there are hidden strings attached, and something advertised as “free” is only a gimmick. That is not the case with my Free Consultation offer, and there is no pressure whatsoever to hire me at the end of our conference.
If you do decide you would like me to handle your case, I will do so on a contingency fee basis, meaning you will not owe a penny to me until there is a successful financial recovery in your case. Although Florida law allows lawyers to charge up to a 40% fee in a personal injury action, Scott will never charge more than 33%, even for those cases that require a full jury trial. |
